ABOUT YOGA THERAPY

Yoga Therapy is a personal growth and healing experience using the techniques of yoga.  It is done in private sessions that develop skills over time to create lasting personal change for anyone in any physical condition.

Movement, breath work, sound, meditation and lifestyle are tools that help reduce pain, sleeplessness, anxiety and many other disease related symptoms. World renown doctors now advise patients to practice yoga because it is shown to help combat heart issues, cancer, auto-immune diseases and more when done consistently.

Yoga Therapy is done under the supervision of a therapist in order to support health, promote healing and facilitate personal and spiritual growth in your life to an extent that random classes can't.  For more information, call to have a live conversation about your specific situation.
